Bespoke Creations
All bespoke creations require a consultation.
These are booked in via Zoom or in person at a fee of £20-30 (depending on preference). For those who have small simple requests via Instagram or via creative markeys that prefer not to have a full consult, a surcharge of £5 is added for mini designs.
​In order to proceed with your order, a 50% deposit* is required (even when customizing your own crystals or repurposing Heirloom jewellery), before work starts. The balance is due on completion before your order is posted out.

*This is unless an alternative payment plan has been discussed and agreed prior to work starting. All consult/deposit fees are non-refundable. This is to cover the cost of design, gemstone sourcing & material costs.

Bespoke Lead Times
The current lead time for orders is 2-4 weeks from when the deposit is received but should this change, it will be communicated to you. If you are having engagement or wedding jewellery created this lead time with vary to suit your proposal/wedding date.

Hallmarking
I have a legal requirement for all precious metals over a certain weight to be sent to an Assay Office for Hallmarking. If your jewellery requires hallmarking this will be communicated to you, you will be able to choose between the Standard or Next day service and the cost will be included in your final balance.

Crystal Re-Crafted
One of the things I enjoy most, is when you send your favourite crystals or heirloom jewellery to be turned into jewellery or repurposed! This is how CrystalREcrafted was born!
Whether it’s turning your favourite Labradorite into a pendant or wanting to turn an heirloom piece into something completely different, the options are endless but please do bear in mind that I do not hold responsibility for your crystals/jewellery, only the settings created for them.

I capture photos/videos of all creations and will use them accordingly as part of my portfolio. Should you choose to share images of your own, I do ask that you tag either my Instagram handle (@crystalcrafted) or my website (www.crystalcrafteduk.co.uk) as acknowledgement of the creative process of Crystal Crafted.

Measurement Info
Rings
I strongly encourage that if you are having a ring made, you purchase a sizer from here to ensure an accurate measurement. When you put the sizer on, be sure that it is not too tight or lose. Our bodies naturally fluctuate throughout the day. Avoid taking your measurements if your hands are particularly cold or clammy.
If you would prefer to check your ring size without a sizer (which is the most accurate method), you can use a ring sizer print out or use a ruler to measure the inside diameter in millimeters where possible, you can also send me an image on 2x or 3x zoom.

*You must make sure you start on 0 and not the end of the ruler for this to be accurate.

Any size adjustments will be at a cost which will be shared with you & payment required before work starts. I am able to size up any pre-made hammered bands FoC for as much as 1/2 - 1 1/2 sizes bigger, please just email to request this before dispatch.​

Bangles/Bracelets/Cuffs
To measure for a bangle, you will need to measure your hand at the widest part. Not your wrist as it needs to fit over your hand. Please be sure to use a dresser's measuring tape for this and remember to tuck your thumb into your palm as you would when putting on a bangle.

For bracelets and cuffs, be sure to use a dresser's measuring tape to get the circumference of your wrist.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Being completely happy with your purchase from Crystal Crafted is of the upmost importance.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges (excluding earrings & piercing jewellery for hygiene reasons, OOAK & bespoke creations) within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return via crystalcrafteduk@gmail.com.
Please note that the item must be in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive the item, we will process the refund or exchange. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Using Special delivery is encouraged as it is the only option that covers jewellery items. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges, don't hesitate to contact us.
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, I do not offer returns or exchanges on any earrings. or piercing jewellery.
As all custom jewellery is made specifically to your requirements & videos are sent for your approval before dispatch, I do not offer any exchanges or refunds. Any genuine faults will be rectified free of charge.

Made to order & one-off pieces are non-refundable. Please be sure you have ordered the correct sizes/lengths. Any adjustments you need, will incur a charge that you will be advised of, and payment will be required before work starts.
